    Your questions

    Before you commit.

Does landlord approval cover the city requirements?

They are separate. A property can have its own rules for signs as well as the city’s requirements. We check both so the design can address them together.

Will I have to apply for the sign permit?

CSS handles the sign permit application when we take your sign project forward. You have a sign team dealing with the design, required permitting, fabrication and installation.

Can I start with a question and no drawings?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind and where the sign will go, if you know. We’ll arrange any photos, drawings or property details needed as we work through your review.
